Looking over the blue/green waters of Dolly Bay on a calm day, it is difficult to imagine that you are still close to home on a Lake Manitoba beach and not a tropical beach resort. The quiet soothing tranquility of the area will make you wish you didn't have to go back to work and is a pleasant daydream as you are working on your new lake lot and cottage or retirement home.  

Dolly Bay Beach and Cottage Lot Subdivision is located about 2.5 km. east from Lake Manitoba Narrows, on the all season Richard Point road just off of the paved highway #68. The Narrows area features a small hotel and restaurant, basic convenience store, small liquor vendor and bar/lounge, all of which are only 5 minutes away.

As the Dolly Bay lots are on a peninsula, you can enjoy the sunrise over Dolly Bay to the East and the sunset over the Narrows to the West. This gives us the longest amount of sunshine of any lots in the Lake Manitoba Narrows area! The lake view lots are on a grassy meadow, clear of any bush, ready for cottage or house construction and landscaping. The lake front lots that have been released for sale now are mostly clear with the lawns already cut, but require about 15 to 20 meters of brush to be cleaned up along the lake to provide a clear view of the water.

At the Dolly Bay Subdivision, you will not have to clear out an old scrub treed area to find your lot, or pay someone to have the lot cleared for you. We have done this work for many people in other subdivisions so we have made sure our lots are ready for you to build on, saving you many thousands of dollars over lots that are just covered in dangerous spindly old trees that blow over in a strong wind. Our subdivision is far enough off the busy highway #68 so you are not bothered by all  the traffic noise and you will not have to worry that your children will be exposed to the busy highway 68 traffic. This area is ideal for those who want to have a quiet area and access to a  natural beach to escape from their busy schedules with their families, for some quiet time to relax or as a location for their recreational or retirement cottage.
